Authentic, renovated old stone house in Istrian rustical style with large pool outside accommodates 6 persons + 1 small baby in baby cot. It is located in very heart of Istria. This beautiful two-story semi-detached house is located in central Istria, in a very small place called Blažučići, near the village of Žminj. The house is located in beautiful natural settings, amidst meadows and hills, next to the sheep farm whose owner produces honey. The property is completely fenced and has a small tavern with covered terrace and barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals.
The house is by one side attached to the neighbor's house, but high fenced outside. There's 2 parking places in front of the house, and a 3x6m pool (18m2).
You can use our old timer vintage bicycles we are collecting and drive around in nature or to Žminj. There's a children's playground behind the house on a grass surface.
There are 2 bedrooms on first floor, each with one single and one double bed. In second bedroom there's a baby cot for small children.
Blažučići is a village consisted of few houses situated in nature, amond pastures and small hills arround. Žminj is closest town with backery, stores, caffes, shops, etc... There's also a small cheese factory arround. A visit to the popular holiday destination Rovinj is recommended, where many summer events are held. You can plan a day trip by boat and visit the nearby islands.
You can visit also cities of Pula, Poreč, Pazin, Motovun, Grožnjan with rich historycal culture and sightseeing. There are horse riding ranches nearby, adrenalin park, 2 acquaparks, caves and caverns, Lim fjord, ect. A car is strongly reccommended to move arround. Public transportation is inadequate.
